With a background in coaching and international NGO work, I’ve witnessed (and experienced) how the constant pressure of high-performing roles can lead to burnout, stress, and disconnection from our own health. I often wish I had received the guidance earlier in my career to understand the critical link between well-being and performance, and to recognise that thriving professionally requires a sustainable and balanced lifestyle.
